Is a private company limited by shares established in 2022 and registered under the COMPANIES ACT (CAP.212) in the United Republic of Tanzania and the headquarters of the company located in Morogoro region.

Company Objectives

To produce, pack, repack,supply and deal in all types agricultural raw materials, selling agricultural inputs and providing education and services to our clients (farmers) by using our experts.
To carry on all or any businesses as manufacturers,importers,dealers and agents of all kinds of agriculture products, including pastures, seed production, supplementary feed, maize products, fruits and vegetables, dairy products such as butter and cheese.
To borrow or recieve money on deposit either without security or secured by debentures, debenture stock(perpetual or terminable),mortgage or other securith charged on the undertaking or on all or any of the assets of the company including uncalled capital.
To purchase, take, hire and otherwise acquire any lands, building or property, real and personal, and any rights or privileges which may be used for the purposes of or capable of being conveniently used in connection with, any of the objects of the company.
To enter any arrangements with any government authorities or any person with the company in association so as to promote any of the company objects.
